70% of women owned business in Africa & diaspora fail due to lack of proper structure, inadequate funding and access to capital and an overall skill gap needed to start and grow their business.
Without adequate financing most women entrepreneurs will find it difficult to cope with increased demands. All too often the extra pressure on their cash flow can lead them to a breaking point. They need grants, loans and access to capital in order to grow their business.
Not only do they need funding, they need intensive entrepreneurship training and intimate mentorship that will equip them with the tools needed to sustain their businesses through hardships and adversity.
